How far is AV Holistays from Hyderabad?
AV Holistays is in Moinabad, a 30 to 40 minute drive from Hyderabad and about 30 minutes from the Financial District and Gachibowli. Close enough for a weekend escape, far enough to disconnect.
Are pets allowed at the farmhouse?
Yes, we are pet-friendly. A ₹300 charge applies, one pet per villa, and pets must stay on a leash at all times.
Can we host a birthday, reunion or private event?
Yes. We host birthdays, family reunions, corporate get-togethers and small weddings. The event lawn fits up to about 100 guests, and in-house catering, décor and a photographer contact are available on request.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Check-in is self check-in, with building staff on hand to help. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged subject to availability. Please tell us in advance.
Can we visit just for a day outing?
Yes. Day-outing packages are available with access to selected amenities, meals and activities. Advance booking is recommended.
How many guests are included in the price?
The nightly price includes up to 10 adults per cottage. Additional guests are ₹500 each per night.
How much does it cost per night?
Ananta and Vistara each start from ₹10,000 per night for up to 10 adults. Booking both cottages together starts from ₹20,000 per night for up to 20 guests. Box cricket is an optional ₹1,000 per night. Book directly with us for early-bird and weekend package discounts.
Can we book both Ananta and Vistara together?
Yes. Booking both cottages hosts up to 20 guests. The event lawn for up to about 100 guests is shared across both cottages, so it suits large family gatherings and celebrations.
Is there a swimming pool, and is it supervised?
Yes, there is a large private swimming pool. Its depth is kept within permissible limits, but there is no lifeguard on duty, so guests swim at their own responsibility.
How does the box cricket work?
Box cricket is a full-size multipurpose turf, available as an add-on for ₹1,000 per night. Each booking gets an exclusive 4-hour slot between 4 pm and 12 am; after midnight the turf is shared between Ananta and Vistara guests. The turf area can host a gathering of up to 100 people.
Is food available at the farmhouse?
Both cottages have a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, microwave, induction cooker and kettle. A barbecue grill and utensils are provided, and live unlimited barbecue is available at additional cost. Food and in-house catering are available on request.
Do the cottages have Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and power backup?
Yes. Both cottages have free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, hot and cold water, an RO water purifier and an inverter with 100% power backup.
Is there a security deposit?
A refundable caution deposit of ₹5,000 is collected at check-in and returned at check-out if the stay is uneventful and there is no damage to the property.
What do we need to bring at check-in?
Please carry a valid photo ID. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian, uninformed visitors are not allowed, and smoking indoors is not permitted.
