Standard check in time is 2:00PM, Check out time is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available based on availability.
Please note most of the exterior areas are covered under surveillance as per local regulatory laws for your own safety. However none of the internal areas are monitored. We request all the guests to be responsible
Please note, a mandatory caution deposit of ₹5000 shall be collected upon check-in and shall be refunded immediately at the time of check-out in case of uneventful stay and no damage to the property.
Kindly refrain from smoking indoors.
We strictly prohibit use of drugs, narcotics, illegal and illicit activities at out property and any such activity shall be reported to the concerned agencies.
Celebrate responsibly. While the depth of the pool is kept within the permissible limits, in the absence of guard, responsibility of all injuries to the guest in any capacity shall not be taken by the host/owners of the property.
Any incident of vomiting on the bedsheets shall be deducted from the security deposit. Guests are requested to clean any incidents of vomiting inside the house.
Incase of any unfortunate vomiting done inside the house, guests shall be responsible for cleaning.
Hosts and the caretakers are not responsible for your belongings during your stay. Please check the premises before you check-out.⁠
Uninformed visitors are strictly not allowed.
₹300/- extra shall be charged for pet, but pets to be on leash all the time. Max allowed pets – 1/Villa.
Check all the amenities and bedsheets when checked in and any request to change after may be dishonoured.
Please do not touch personal items in the house.
Pool water is regularly filtered and circulated however may still contain trace of chlorine. Please excercise caution in case of allergies.
Please avoid lighting crackers for any type of celebration.
Please do put out coal/fire using water after using barbeque/bonfire (assistance may be available).
⁠Hookah and playing cards (gambling) are not allowed. Management is not responsible for any legal consequence.
⁠Violating any of the rules may reflect on the retention on security deposit.
